Just another Saturday

Yep, it's just another Saturday.

Woke up late. I mean, really late.

Went for a long walk with the kids.

Forfeited travelling out for a yoga class and decided to walk the dogs for another while instead.

Went over to Mom and Dad's place for a chat and got a light "golden shower" from Latte. (Note: I'm getting good at dodging it now).

Then went home, rolled out my mat, and practiced my Ashtanga.

Showered, had dinner, and met up with Pete for a drink.

Got a semi-refresher course on training - thanks! :)

Better yet, enjoyed great company and a free beer. :)

And now, safety sitting at home, with Tinsel and Kimba snoring nearby, thinking of Mark, Pete's 18 year old Goldie.
